The sound waves from a singing bowl act on the energy field of your body and allow you to relax and feel at ease. They can help you reach a deeper state of meditation, release tensions or anxiety, promote better sleep, and have other physical health benefits. Singing bowls may work by their vibrations as well as sound.
On the interior of this golden brass bowl, there is a beautiful raised depiction of Buddha Eyes, also known as Wisdom Eyes. The eyes of the Buddha in the stupa symbolize the all-seeing ability of the Buddha. They gave in four directions and are believed to help see beyond material things.
This singing bowl comes with its own striker.
The striker can be used in two ways to produce sound. It can be used to gently tap the side of the bowl, which produces a ringing sound, similar to a bell. Or, it can be run along the rim of the bowl to produce a hum. The hum will intensify with each pass of the wooden dowel and the bowl will sing.

All bowls are made out of seven different metals, which represents the universe.
Each bowl is individually handmade by master artisans in Nepal, using 1000 years old technique of sand casting.
